What are you going to do

Relevant engineering degree (Civil or equivalent).
Proven track record with reputable contractors or consultants in the UAE/Dubai market.
Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in road infrastructure projects.
Minimum 8 years of total work experience in the UAE. good experience for water with Scada and Shutdown，NDRC, Stormwater, Etisalat and Road Works.
Strong site management capabilities, including safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Preferred additional qualifications:
Hands-on experience with earthworks, asphalt paving, utilities diversions, and traffic management.
Ability to lead large, multinational site teams.
Proactive problem solving and decision making under pressure.
