Introduction

We are hiring a CSU Completion Engineer to lead commissioning and start-up activities. You'll ensure all systems are installed, tested, and operational per project standards. Indonesian passport holders only. Join us and make an impact!

What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and implement commissioning and start-up plans in the structured Completion System.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality and performance of systems and equipment.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of commissioning activities, including test results, reports, and certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the commissioning assurance process.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop Project Best Practices, Play-book, and Newsletter.
  • Promote and communicate success stories and recognition.
  • Actively support Operation Readiness
  • Develop Operation Readiness and Commissioning Tools in System.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning and start-up activities.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in Oil Gas Industry
  • Knowledge in Project Management.
