Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourced a Communications Advisor to support a large scale SAP S/4HANA deployment project. business. This will be a 12 month contract based in the Perth CBD.

What are you going to do 

You will support communication and engagement activities working with Change Management, Deployment Leads, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders to develop and deliver communications that help leaders and employees prepare for and adopt business change.

  • Develop and deliver communication and engagement activities
  • Create leadership updates, newsletters, FAQs, presentations, SharePoint content and readiness materials
  • Support stakeholder engagement and feedback activities
  • Translate complex project information into clear, user-focused communication
  • Manage content across SharePoint, Teams, email and presentation channels
  • Support go-live, cutover and hypercare communications
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and engagement metrics

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management OR Project support
  • Strong written communication and content development skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audience
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology deployment programs
  • Knowledge of change management and adoption principles
