Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Supervise civil construction crews and subcontractors deliverying large scale subdivisions
  • Monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met
  • Enforce safety standards and promote safe work practices
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate plant, materials, and resources
  • Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to site teams
  • Conduct site inspections and report to project management

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor or Foreman on subdivisions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workflows, solve problems, and make confident decisions
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Hold relevant tickets and a valid driver's licence
