Introduction

We are hiring an experienced Civil & Piping Supervisor to support construction activities at Portsite, Papua. The role involves supervising civil works and piping installations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

What are you going to do 

  • Supervise and coordinate all civil and piping construction activities on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

  • Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

  • Review drawings and construction plans; ensure proper execution and resolve any site issues in coordination with engineering teams.

  • Ensure work is carried out in compliance with HSE policies and Indonesian regulations.

  • Conduct inspections with QA/QC personnel and ensure timely documentation of progress and quality checks.

  • Maintain daily work progress reports and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager.

  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment to support uninterrupted construction activities.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil and piping supervision, preferably in mining, heavy industrial, or oil & gas projects.

  • Strong technical understanding of construction methods, piping systems, and structural foundations.

  • Knowledge of international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).

  • Familiarity with Papua working conditions or similar remote site environments is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
