What are you going to do

As a Cable Bolt Operator, you will be responsible for installing cable bolts to secure mine roofs and walls in underground mining operations. Your role will involve operating machinery and equipment to safely and efficiently install cable bolts according to project specifications. You will work closely with the mining team to ensure that all safety procedures are followed and production targets are met.

Essential skills and knowledge

Previous experience as a Cable Bolt Operator in underground mining operations
Valid certifications and licenses for operating machinery and equipment
Ability to work on a FIFO basis in Papua New Guinea
Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging underground mining conditions
