What are you going to do 

  • Drive business development across digital engineering and asset management service lines
  • Meet with utilities clients to identify needs and shape tailored technical solutions
  • Support growth across information management, robotics‑based data capture and advanced remote sensing
  • Contribute to the development of AI‑enabled engineering and asset management offerings
  • Partner closely with internal technical teams to build client proposals
  • Build and maintain relationships across the electrical and water utilities sectors
  • Help position the organisation as a trusted provider of innovative digital solutions

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 5+ years' experience in electrical utilities or water utilities
  • A background in engineering, asset integrity, or technical operations
  • Strong technical curiosity and confidence engaging with emerging technologies
  • The ability to translate technical capability into commercial outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
  • A genuine interest in developing business development capability
