What are you going to do

Requirements:

Carry out inspection, repair, and maintenance activities on customer and company equipment within the workshop.
Your responsibilities include assembling and testing components, performing pressure tests, cleaning and refurbishing tools, and maintaining accurate documentation.
You will work closely with the workshop manager to ensure all tasks comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Experience with hand and power tools, along with proficiency in systems for cost tracking, is essential. A strong focus on safety and quality is paramount.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

(V)MBO/TL Technology or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in a workshop or technical environment, ideally within the energy sector
Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to adapt flexibly to a fast-changing work environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety
Capacity to prioritise tasks effectively in collaboration with management
Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback professionally
