Are you an experienced mining or hydrometallurgical professional looking to lead a critical copper recovery operation? We are seeking a Wellfield Manager to oversee all aspects of our In-Situ Copper Recovery (ISCR) wellfield operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

What are you going to do 

What You'll Do

✅ Lead daily wellfield operations to meet production targets and business objectives ✅ Develop and execute short- and long-term production plans
✅ Manage operating and capital budgets while driving continuous improvement ✅ Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements
✅ Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, hydrogeologists, geologists, maintenance personnel, and operators ✅ Coordinate contractors, construction projects, and technical service providers
✅ Monitor operational performance and key production metrics

Essential skills and knowledge 

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a related discipline ✔ 10+ years of experience in ISR wellfield or hydrometallurgical mining operations
✔ 10+ years of leadership and project management experience ✔ Strong knowledge of wellfield operations, groundwater systems, and copper leaching processes
✔ Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and cross-functional teams ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
