What are you going to do 

  • Versandabwicklung von Waren
    • Packlisten erstellen oder prüfen
    • Versandpapiere vorbereiten (Lieferscheine, Rechnungen)
    • Abstimmung mit Speditionen / Paketdiensten
  • Kommunikation
    • Abstimmung mit Produktion, Lager und Spedition
    • Rückfragen von Kunden oder internen Abteilungen klären
    • Terminabstimmung für Lieferungen
  • Systemarbeit / ERP
    • Datenpflege im ERP-System
    • Versandaufträge buchen und nachverfolgen
    • Status von Lieferungen prüfen
  • Allgemeine Büro-/Organisationsaufgaben
    • Dokumente archivieren
    • Versandlisten aktualisieren
    • Reklamationen oder Abweichungen melden

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Versand/Logistik/Industrie
  • Sehr sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Grundverständnis für Logistikprozesse
