Brunel Australasia is partnering with a large, leading energy company to source an experienced Fleet Analyst to work in their Chinchilla office.

What are you going to do 

Join our client's dynamic Supply Chain Deliver organization as a Transport & Fleet Lead, supporting their upstream and midstream assets. You will be a crucial member of the Contract Management Team, overseeing their fleet and road transport contracts. This role emphasizes safety, fleet performance, and strategic improvements, contributing to their carbon reduction strategies.

Responsibilities – To include but are not limited too:

  • Provide visible Safety leadership and management of HSE arrangements to achieve Goal Zero – No Harm.
  • Manage overall fleet performance, focusing on asset availability, optimization, and reducing road exposure for workers.
  • Lead operational and strategic planning, including forecasting, cost control, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and lead fleet redesign and replacement projects aligned with standards, business uses, and carbon reduction strategies.
  • Continuously improve and optimize the fleet to introduce low carbon solutions and reduce HSSE risk.
  • Ensure vehicle availability and maintenance according to OEM procedures and compliance with safety standards.
  • Support contract performance management through leadership, negotiation, coaching, and governance.

  • Proficiency in systems like PowerBi and data analysis.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
