What are you going to do

Management eines komplexen Entwicklungsprojekts mit dem Schwerpunkt technische Prozessentwicklung
Projektmanagement zur Einhaltung der Projektziele über ihre Projektplanung und Steuerung innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation
Änderungsmanagement bzgl. der Projektziele basierend auf den vorhandenen Entwicklungszielen
Reporting des Projektstatus gegenüber Management und Durchführung regelmäßiger Reviews
Sicherstellung des Projektfortschritts auch bei internen und externen Stakeholdern

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder ingenieurswissenschaftlich Diplom oder Masterstudium (z.B. Maschinenbau)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten
Ausgezeichnete Teamfähigkeit und Moderationsfähigkeit
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
