What are you going to do 

Reporting to the Submission Manager, we are looking for a Submission Coordinator to join the team.

  • Prepare high-quality EOIs, tenders, presentations, and capability statements
  • Coordinate submission timelines, reviews, and information flow across teams
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather project and technical information
  • Format and produce polished, on-brand submission documents and graphics
  • Manage document control, versioning, and eTender submissions
  • Support ongoing development of CVs, project profiles, and marketing collateral

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction, engineering, or similiar industry, preferably construction
  • Experience preparing high-quality EOIs, tenders, presentations, and capability statements
  • Understanding of the tendering process and construction lifecycle
  • Strong written communication and document preparation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Advanced skills across Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Bluebeam, InDesign/Canva, Salesforce or SharePoint highly regarded
