Introduction

What are you going to do 

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Structure Supervisor to support a major FPSO project. The role is responsible for supervising structural fabrication, assembly, erection, and installation activities within the Engine Room (E/Rm), Living Quarters (LQ), and fabrication areas, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise structural fabrication, fit-up, erection, and installation works.
  • Monitor subcontractors and workforce productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and class requirements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve construction issues.
  • Ensure daily progress reporting and work planning.
  • Diploma/Technical qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of structural supervision experience in shipyard, offshore, or FPSO projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding, and structural installation.
  • Experience in Engine Room and Living Quarters construction preferred.

FPSO Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of FPSO project experience.
  • Experience in FPSO newbuild, conversion, offshore module fabrication, or marine construction projects.
  • Familiarity with offshore construction standards and shipyard execution environments.
  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Location: TBY Yard
  • Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week, 10 Hours/Day
  • Annual Leave: 14 Days
