Introduction

What are you going to do 

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Structural / Piping / Flange Management Inspector to support a major FPSO project at TBY Yard. The role will perform inspections and quality verification activities to ensure structural, piping, and flange management work complies with project specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of structural and piping installation activities.
  • Verify flange management processes and documentation.
  • Witness pressure tests, alignment checks, and mechanical completion activities.
  • Review construction records and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC and construction teams.
  • Raise and follow up punch items until closure.
  • Technical Diploma or Engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of inspection experience in offshore projects.
  • Knowledge of piping systems, flange management, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with inspection and test plans (ITP).

FPSO Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of FPSO, offshore oil & gas, refinery, or marine project experience.
  • Strong experience in piping systems, flange management, hydrotesting, and construction inspections.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, ITPs, and mechanical completion activities.
  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Location: TBY Yard
  • Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week, 10 Hours/Day
  • Annual Leave: 14 Days
