What are you going to do

Lead piping material engineering activities, including material specifications, valve/material selection, and procurement support.
Piping material engineering roles typically cover PMS, MTO, MR, and technical bid evaluation.
Develop and maintain piping material specifications.
Review material requisitions, valve specs, and material selection data.
Support pipe wall thickness calculations and code compliance.
Participate in technical bid evaluations and procurement coordination.
Coordinate with process, corrosion, and mechanical teams.
Ensure suitability of materials for offshore service conditions.

Essential skills and knowledge

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Offshore oil and gas material engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of piping codes and material standards.
