What are you going to do 

Deine Aufgaben - so gestaltest du mit:

  • Du entwickelst einen lokalen Kommunikationsplan für den OneSAP Rollout in Warstein - abgestimmt auf Projektmeilensteine und bestehende Materialien.
  • Du bringst Inhalte auf den Punkt: Ob Mitarbeitermagazin, Newsletter, Video-Formate oder Social Media Postings - du findest die richtigen Worte und Formate.
  • Du planst und realisierst interne Veranstaltungen mit Herz und Struktur.
  • Als Teil des Projektteams arbeitest du eng mit dem lokalen Kommunikationsteam und übergreifenden Stakeholdern zusammen.


Essential skills and knowledge 

Dein Profil - das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast ein Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbar abgeschlossen und bestenfalls 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieumfeld gesammelt.
  • Du kennst dich mit interner Kommunikation, Change-Kommunikation und Event-Organisation aus.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und bewegst dich sicher im Austausch mit Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen - auch im internationalen Kontext.
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch - und kannst so auch die Schnittstelle zum Standort Cegléd (Ungarn) professionell bedienen.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, bist gleichzeitig aber ein echter Teamplayer.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
