What are you going to do

Entwicklung und Erweiterung von C++-Modulen innerhalb der Unreal Engine sowie angrenzender Simulationssoftware
Konzeption und Implementierung von Schnittstellenemulatoren und unterstützenden Softwaretools
Integration neuer Funktionen in bestehende Simulations- und Visualisierungslösungen
Durchführung von Performance-Analysen, Profiling und Optimierung bestehender Softwarekomponenten
Mitarbeit bei der Automatisierung von Build-Prozessen sowie Test- und Deployment-Pipelines
Unterstützung von Continuous Integration und Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) auf Windows- und Linux-Plattformen
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungs-, System- und Testteams
Dokumentation der entwickelten Software unter Berücksichtigung definierter Entwicklungsprozesse
Unterstützung bei der Containerisierung und Bereitstellung von Softwarekomponenten in virtualisierten Umgebungen
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung moderner Simulations- und Trainingssysteme

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Blueprints und der Unreal Engine
Erfahrung mit ffmpeg oder vergleichbaren Multimedia-Frameworks von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in C++ 17 oder höher
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
