Introduction

What are you going to do

Verantwortung für die Entwicklungsflotte - inklusive Aufbau, Ausstattung, Testfahrten und kontinuierlicher Optimierung.
Mitwirkung bei Hardware-Anforderungen: von der Definition bis zur Umsetzung.
Systempflege und -verbesserung, sowohl auf Software- als auch auf Hardwareebene.
Fehleranalyse und Tool-Entwicklung: Kombination aus Sensor-Setup, Software-Debugging und praxisnaher Tool-Erstellung.
Sensor-Kalibrierung und Testkoordination, inklusive Planung und Durchführung von Fahrtests mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Technisches Know-how: Erfahrung im Debugging von Fahrzeug-Setups (Ethernet, CAN), sicherer Umgang mit Linux- und Windows-Systemen.
Programmierkenntnisse: Gute Kenntnisse in Python und C++, Rust als zusätzlicher Vorteil.
Mobilität & Kommunikation: Führerschein Klasse B (EU) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Zusatzqualifikationen (Bonus): Schulung als Testfahrer, Erfahrung mit Sensordaten (Radar, Lidar, Kamera) und maschinellem Lernen.
Teamarbeit & Automotive-Erfahrung: Praxis in der Softwareentwicklung im Team, Kenntnisse in ADAS oder autonomem Fahren, gute Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
