Introduction

What are you going to do 

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing multiple home builds concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with company expectations. You'll be supported by an experienced team and work within a business that values initiative, professionalism, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple residential builds from site start to handover
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction timelines
  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Communicate progress and updates clearly with the construction and client services team

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience supervising volume home builds (ideally 10-20 at a time)
  • Strong understanding of residential construction, scheduling, and compliance
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • QBCC Site Supervisor license and valid driver's license

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
