Introduction
What are you going to do
- Oversee a variety of custom and project home builds across Brisbane
- Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time, to spec, and within budget
- Liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth delivery
- Monitor OH&S compliance and maintain a clean, safe site
- Work across multiple sites as required
Essential skills and knowledge
- Proven experience supervising both custom and project homes
- Exposure to commercial builds is a plus
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor License is essential
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive quality outcomes
