What are you going to do 

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising site teams and subcontractors on volume home builds
  • Coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts, Drafting, and Estimating teams
  • Monitoring schedules, materials, and resources for timely project delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S and company standards
  • Managing site reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
  • Driving productivity, safety, and quality across all sites

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in volume residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, OH&S, and site management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
