Introduction

A highly respected national builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a significant hospital development involving both new build construction and vertical expansion works.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-profile project and work alongside one of the strongest project delivery teams in the industry.

What are you going to do

Manage all day-to-day site operations from construction through to completion.
Lead site teams, Foremen, subcontractors, and consultants.
Drive programme outcomes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Coordinate complex construction activities within an operational healthcare environment.
Manage site logistics, sequencing, and stakeholder interfaces.
Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and compliance requirements.
Foster a positive and high-performing site culture.

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
Health, education, or complex institutional project experience highly regarded.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent understanding of safety, programme management, and quality systems.
Ability to manage large site teams and multiple work fronts simultaneously.
