Introduction

On behalf of our Client, a Tier 1 Mining Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Site Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to Site Leaders and Operational Teams. This will be a casual FIFO contract working an 8:6 roster from Perth.

What are you going to do 

You will be responsible for coordinating travel and mobilisation, managing workforce administration, raising purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site administration.

  • Provide administration support to Site Teams
  • Coordinate travel onboarding and roster changes
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain administrative records
  • Manage documentation, reports, and correspondence, ie Site Notices
  • Liaise with internal Stakeholders, Contractors and Labour Hire providers
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service while maintaining confidentiality

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in a Mining, Resources or ite-based administration role
  • Familiarity with SAP, Fiori, SuccessFactors, SAM Workforce and/or Anaplan (highly desirable)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • A flexible, professional approach and a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
