What are you going to do

Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der ServiceNow-Plattform

Umsetzung von ITSM-, ITOM-, HR- oder GRC-Prozessen in ServiceNow

Entwicklung von Workflows, Skripten (z. B. mit JavaScript) und Business Rules

Integration von Drittsystemen in ServiceNow (z. B. über REST/SOAP APIs)

Fehleranalyse und -behebung im laufenden Betrieb

Unterstützung von Anwendern und Fachabteilungen bei der Nutzung von ServiceNow

Mitarbeit in agilen IT-Projekten und bei Release-Management

Dokumentation von Systemänderungen und technischen Konzepten

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ServiceNow (idealerweise zertifiziert, z. B. CSA, CIS)
Kenntnisse in Webtechnologien (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), REST/SOAP
Erfahrung mit ITSM-Frameworks (z. B. ITIL) von Vorteil
Analytisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
