Introduction

  • Provide in-depth level execution of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) & Maintenance Engineering support Services and implement a sustainable structured maintenance improvement process, based on Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) / Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) techniques.
  • Provide RCM and Maintenance Support Engineering services for all expansion projects and facilitate effective transition from project into sustainable producing assets.
  • The role is required to: (1) develop maintenance Equipment Strategies and work methods based on RCM – FMEA principles; (2) ensure high quality and timely RCM support for different LNG Projects; (3) carry out in-depth analysis to optimize existing maintenance Equipment Strategies and work methods based on professional standards and practices; (4) process PMCRs with ACA and ES to facilitate PM implementation in SAP / Meridium.

What are you going to do 

  • Develop, review, and verify new and existing Equipment Strategies (ES) & PM plans based on Company approved procedures and standards to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
  • Facilitate simple RCM-FMEA sessions with cross functional teams to develop Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA) and Equipment Strategy (ES).
  • Communicate and liaise with other Engineering disciplines, Maintenance and Operations to receive guidelines on basic PM tasks and procedures while preparing ES.
  • Prepare and process PMCRs (Preventive Maintenance Change Requests) with all necessary technical documentation to facilitate designated timely approval and SAP implementation as per Company procedures.
  • Coordinate with Engineering for timely completion of RBI / Non-RBI (Inspection) task development in Meridium.
  • Monitor the status of PMCR processing based on priority to ensure that the PMCRs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up with CMMS for SAP implementation to ensure all PM plans are in place.
  • Track and monitor the quality of implementation of PM in SAP to confirm correct ES are in place with right task lists, work centre, frequency, and schedule.
  • Prepare RCM weekly / monthly status report to monitor the progress and ensure to meet the project deliverables milestones.
  • Carry out quality check and ensure Asset Criticality and Maintenance Strategy are implemented as per the company guideline and procedure.
  • Guide the RCM Engineers for developing Asset Criticality Assessment and equipment strategy development wherever required and support RCM team to manage and resolve issues with other disciplines if any.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 6 years’ experience in an oil and gas environment.
  • Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in relevant software tools and specifications.
