Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Coordinate design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages
  • Drive program management, project planning, and reporting
  • Support site delivery teams in ensuring compliance, safety, and quality
  • Liaise with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve construction and design issues in real-time
  • Maintain strong commercial oversight, cost tracking, and contract management
  • Contribute to a collaborative, outcome-focused project culture

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer role
  • Proven track record on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail, particularly with high-end architectural finishes
  • Previous experience on projects $100M+ highly regarded

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview.

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
