Brunel has partnered with a leading agricultural technology company on a permanent opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive. This role suits a consultative enterprise sales professional with experience in Agriculture or AgTech, who can build strategic client relationships, manage complex sales cycles and drive growth across large-scale farming operations.

What are you going to do 

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding market presence across a defined territory, working closely with some of the agriculture sector's largest operators. Working independently, you'll engage with stakeholders across farm operations, corporate leadership and technical teams to understand business priorities and align solutions to customer needs. Success will come from your ability to open doors, influence decision-makers and progress complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to commercial agreement.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy across a defined agricultural territory
  • Build relationships with growers, farming groups and other key industry stakeholders
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals and industry engagement
  • Lead customer discovery discussions to understand operational challenges and business priorities
  • Coordinate field demonstrations, trials and customer engagement activities
  • Develop commercial proposals and business cases that clearly articulate value
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial engagement to commercial agreement
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking and CRM records
  • Work closely with implementation and customer-facing teams to support a smooth customer experience
  • Represent the business at agricultural events, industry conferences and trade shows
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support broader commercial initiatives
  • Contribute to pricing, product and market growth strategies through customer and industry insights

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Background in agriculture, AgTech, agronomy, horticulture, crop inputs or a related sector is essential
  • Comfortable working closely with growers, understanding industry challenges and speaking the language of agriculture
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales or business development
  • Proven ability to close complex commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of agricultural buying cycles and market dynamics
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset
  • Comfortable operating independently and building new business opportunities from the ground up
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout your territory
