What are you going to do

Leitung und Organisation des Bereichs mit Fokus auf Qualität, Kosten, Terminen und Kundenzufriedenheit
Sicherstellung der Produktionsprozesse nach GMP und genehmigten Vorschriften
Planung und Überwachung von Kapazitäten, Personal und Kosten sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
Verantwortung für Wartung, Instandhaltung, Qualifizierung und Kalibrierung im Bereich
Mitwirkung bei Produkteinführungen, internen Projekten und Behördeninspektionen
Erstellung und Prüfung von Chargendokumentationen sowie Bearbeitung von Abweichungen
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemeister Pharmazie (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Eigeninitiative
Führungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren
Teamorientierte und flexible Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
