Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung des Global Process Owners Logistics im Rahmen eines internationalen S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Fachexperten und Process Ownern
  • Analyse und Verständnis bestehender operativer Abläufe sowie Prozesslandschaften in SAP R/3
  • Identifikation, Priorisierung und Abstimmung operativer Anforderungen mit den Fachbereichen
  • Planung, Organisation und Moderation von Workshops mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Erstellung von Testkonzepten sowie Durchführung von Prozess- und Systemtests
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Prozess- und Projektdokumentationen
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der operativen Teams im Umgang mit neuen Prozessen und Systemen
  • Vertretung des Global Process Owners Logistics bei dessen Abwesenheit
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer SAP-Berater
  • Berichtslinie an den Global Process Owner Plan-to-Produce
  • Unterstützung internationaler Logistikteams bei der Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern und Prozessabweichungen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA-Transformations- oder Implementierungsprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse logistischer Geschäftsprozesse sowie von SAP R/3 und/oder SAP S/4HANA
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Kenntnisse im Testmanagement sowie in der Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von SAP-Beratern und interdisziplinären Projektteams von Vorteil
  • Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
