What are you going to do

Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner (Key User) in der Produktion auf SAP-Datenbasis.
Die Implementierung neuer Toollösung unterstützen Sie, einschließlich Bereitstellung, Schulung und Support während des Rollouts.
Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die Toolkompetenz auszubauen, das Systemverständnis zu vertiefen und Mitarbeitende vor Ort in Früh- und Spätschicht zu schulen.
Sie bedienen das Tool vor Ort inkl. @elbow-Support und leisten täglichen Support auf der Fläche.
Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Produktion, IT und externen Stakeholdern zusammen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker, Informatik, Logistik)
Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP-Datenpflege und sicherer Umgang mit Produktionsdaten
Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Line Balancing (Produktionsprozesse)
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Bereitschaft zur Wissensvermittlung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Früh- und Spätschicht
