What are you going to do 

  • Position: Safety Officer;
  • YOE: 10 years;
  • Contract: On Contract;
  • Location: Barjora, Kochi.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Candidate up to 10 years of hands-on experience of managing on site EHS implementation & compliance of EHS requirements of international standards on construction sites from Oil & Gas sector in India region. Experience of working on similar projects is essential.

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or science graduate & Advance Diploma or PG Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Board of Technical Education;
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certification;
  • Hands on experience in Leading and managing EHS on sites in O&G Industry in India or ME Regions;
  • Possess certificate of First Aider from recognized Institute;
  • Min 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas Construction Industry;
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Lead auditor of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 preferred;
  • Good business communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiar with Management system requirements and implementation;
  • Look for new inventions in field of HSE, try to digitalize HSE aspects;
  • Excellent MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point;
  • Able to work independently and meticulous;
  • Team player and excellent problem-solving skills.
