What are you going to do

This position combines hands-on restoration work with supervisory responsibilities. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality restoration services while leading and supporting a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Perform water, fire, mould, and storm damage restoration works across a range of sites
Conduct site assessments, including moisture readings, damage reporting, and scoping of works
Develop, implement, and monitor drying plans to ensure effective restoration outcomes
Operate, maintain, and manage restorationt equipment (including dehumidifiers, air movers, and drying systems)
Lead, mentor, and support restoration technicians on-site, fostering a productive team environment

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum 2+ years' experience in restoration (water, fire, mould, or related fields)
Strong understanding of restoration processes, equipment, and industry standards
Current driver's licence
Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive attitude
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
