Introduction

As a Diagnostic Requirements Engineer, you directly influence how tools and integrations perform in real-world workshops. What are you going to do 

You will join a specialized Toolset team responsible for the diagnostic platform, integrations, interfaces, and supporting systems used worldwide. The team develops, tests, and releases updates in short cycles and plays a key role in ensuring stable and secure operations.


What will you do?

  • You gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements
  • You manage and structure requirements within a requirements management tool
  • You align closely with developers, product owners, and testers to ensure correct implementation
  • You support continuous improvement by optimizing processes and requirements quality

Essential skills and knowledge 

You're structured, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership. You know how to connect people, processes, and technology, and you communicate clearly with different stakeholders. You bring energy, overview, and the ability to get things done. In addition, you have:

  • A bachelor's degree (HBO) in a technical field
  • At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering or a similar role
  • Experience with requirements tools (e.g. Polarion or similar)
  • Knowledge of agile development and the V-cycle model
  • Strong communication skills in English
