Team Leadership: Morning Quality Meetings and Follow-up Reporting Management; Continuous Improvement; Overview of claims status
Creating Quality Alerts, Creating Work Instructions
Root causes analysis
Internal/External audit preparation and participation
Partially internally quality process optimizing
Essential skills and knowledge
Proven experience as a Customer Quality Engineer/ Manager or similar (3+years)
Expert knowledge of: IATF, APQP, PPAP, 8D, a3 report, PFMEA, Formel q, etc.
Dynamic person with high resistance to stress situations
Highly focused, target oriented person to achieve results in critical environment
Czech, English or German written and spoken
