What are you going to do 

The Role

This role is responsible for oversight of the country (AUS) level Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance to ISO9001 and other regulatory and customer requirements.
You will:

* Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System
* Manage the Document Management System, ensuring document creation and updates follow established procedures * Coordinate the handling of customer complaints and the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process
* Coordinate the site audit program in collaboration with relevant departments, including Safety * Manage the Management Review process
* Report quality data to Site Leadership and the ANZ QA Manager as required * Support project-related work as needed
* Provide assistance to the QC Laboratory team when required

Essential skills and knowledge 

About you

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and well-developed time management skills
  • Relevant laborator experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft programs including PowerApps (desirable)
