Brunel Indonesia is supporting our client in finding a qualified QS - Cost Estimator to join their team.

If you have a strong background in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and project cost management, this could be your next career opportunity!

What are you going to do

Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost breakdowns for project activities.
Review drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy.
Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs to support budgeting and cost planning.
Evaluate quotations, variations, and potential cost impacts.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate cost assessments.
Support cost monitoring and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential skills and knowledge

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or project cost control.
Strong understanding of BOQs, cost breakdowns, quantity take-offs, and estimating methods.
Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating or project tools.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience in mining, EPC, construction, or large-scale industrial projects would be an advantage.
