What are you going to do 

  • Pflege und Fortschreibung des internen Projektterminplans
  • Qualitätssicherung der internen Terminplanung
  • Durchführung von Terminplananalysen inkl. Dokumentation der Analyseergebnisse
  • Nachverfolgung und Monitoring der Arbeitspakete einschließlich Statusabfragen und Maßnahmenverfolgung
  • Nachverfolgung und ggf. Eskalation von projektsteuerungsrelevanten Themen
  • Koordination von Schnittstellen zwischen Teilprojekten und Gewerken
  • Vorbereitung, Nachbereitung und Protokollierung von Terminen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Reporting an die Projektleitung
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Fortschrittsberichte / Dashboards

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Hohe Motivation sich in das Thema Kabelverlegung einzuarbeiten
  • Strukturierte, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern im internationalen Umfeld
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. B2
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Primavera P6 und MS Project
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • iPM: Optional, Erfahrung nicht erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in Power BI erwünscht
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in großen Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Grunderfahrung Elektrotechnik wünschenswert
  • Schnittstellenthemen in Bezug auf AC-Netzanbindung, Konverterstationen und Tiefbau
