What are you going to do

Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich der Gebäude- und Versorgungstechnik bzw. Elektrotechnik
Betreuung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen über alle Projektphasen hinweg
Steuerung und Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen
Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Kunden, Planern und Nachunternehmern
Erstellung und Prüfung technischer Unterlagen sowie Projektdokumentationen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Vorschriften und Standards
Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung technischer Lösungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Gebäude-, Energie-, Versorgungs- oder Elektrotechnik bzw. Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d)
Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Abwicklung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
Erste Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Vorteil
Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit
Kreativität und Lösungsorientierung bei technischen Fragestellungen
Sicherer Umgang mit relevanter Fach- und Projektsoftware
Freude an der Arbeit in Projektteams und an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
