What are you going to do

Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von HKL-Projekten
Technische und wirtschaftliche Projektabwicklung von der Angebotsphase bis zur Abnahme
Koordination und Führung von internen Teams, Nachunternehmern und Dienstleistern
Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle während der Projektphasen
Technische Klärung mit Kunden, Planern und Behörden
Erstellung und Pflege von Projektdokumentationen sowie Übergabeunterlagen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker, Meister)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bereich HKL
Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI und relevanten technischen Normen
Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und lösungsorientiertes Denken
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch mit AVA- und CAD-Software
Führerschein Klasse B
