What are you going to do

Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe technische Produktentwicklungsprogramme
Steuerung der Entwicklung neuer Sitzplattformen von der Konzeptphase bis zur behördlichen Zulassung
Fachliche Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Projektthemen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
Erstellung und Steuerung strukturierter Projektpläne inkl. Meilensteinen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Arbeitspaketen
Kontinuierliches Monitoring des Projektfortschritts sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
Sicherstellung transparenter Kommunikation, aktives Stakeholdermanagement und systematisches Risikomanagement

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar notwendig
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement erforderlich
Erfahrung in der Projektleitungsrolle komplexer Projekte notwendig
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Project, Jira, MS-Office notwendig
IPMA oder vergleichbare Zertifizierung wünschenswert
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
