What are you going to do

Übernahme der PMO-Rolle in Entwicklungs-, Serien- und F&T-Projekten
Moderation hybrider Projektmeetings (Sprintplanung, Stand-ups, Retrospektiven)
Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Unterstützung bei Budget- und Financial Reviews
Erstellung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation sowie Projektstatusberichte
Entwicklung von PM-Methoden, Best Practices und Durchführung von Schulungen
Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Aviation Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) oder vergleichbarer Studiengang notwendig
Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Luftfahrt Umfeld erforderlich
Kenntnisse in MS-Project, Infor LN, Power BI oder JIRA/Confluence wünschenswert
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Must-have
