Überprüfung und Bewertung von Brandschutzkonzepten und -nachweisen für Offshore- und Onshore-Projekte
Koordination baulicher, anlagentechnischer und organisatorischer Brandschutzmaßnahmen
Lieferantenmanagement inkl. technischer Vergleiche, FAT/SAT, Dokumentenprüfung sowie Qualitätssicherung und Abnahmen
Abstimmung mit EPCI-Auftragnehmern, Fachplanern, Prüfsachverständigen und Behörden; Begleitung von Genehmigungsverfahren
Bau- und Abnahmebegleitung vor Ort inklusive Nachverfolgung von Auflagen und Mängeln
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen projektübergreifenden Ablaufs und adressatengerechte Berichterstattung zu Fortschritt, Risiken und Maßnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge

Must-have

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in Architektur, Sicherheitstechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im vorbeugenden Brandschutz (Planung/Projektierung)
Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Regelwerken und Normen, z. B. VdS-Richtlinien
CAD-Kenntnisse; idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in BIM-Modellen
Deutsch mind. B2 und Englisch C1; hohe Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz

Nice to have

Zertifikat als Fachplanerr Brandschutz (z. B. EIPOS, TÜV)
Erfahrung in Industrie- oder Sonderbauten
Kenntnisse in Think Project (DMS) und DALUX (BIM 3D)
Spanischkenntnisse (B1)
