What are you going to do

* Besprechung der Budget- und Ausgabenplanung mit den Projektleitern * Erstellen eines Ausgabenplans und Zusammenstellung der Projektinformationen
* Beantragung von Finanzierungselementen * Steuerung der Mittelverwendung und fortlaufendes Controlling der Mittelausgaben
* Kontrolle der geplanten Projektkosten und Budgetbeobachtung, Nachhalten der Kostenentwicklung
* Arbeiten mit Finanzberichten in SAP* Kommunikation mit Projektleitern und Geldgebern
* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Verwendungsnachweisen und Finanzberichten

Essential skills and knowledge

Persönliche Qualifikation* Bachelorabschluss in BWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder mindestens abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im finanzwirtschaftlichen Umfeld* Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrungen im Projektcontrolling und/oder der finanzseitigen
Projektabwicklung* Kontrolle geplanter Projektkosten und Budgetbeobachtung
* Nachhalten der Kostenentwicklung, Erstellung von Endabrechnungen von Finanzelementen* Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse und SAP-Finanzberichte
* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse * Sehr gute Ausdruckweise in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
* Sehr gute Beherrschung von Microsoft Office
