What are you going to do 

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and driving project performance.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of civil construction projects
  • Develop and monitor project programs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience in project management within the civil construction industry
  • Previous experience deliverying subdivsion or road projects is essential
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Sound commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
