Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Managing project documentation, programming, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and cost control
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
  • Managing quality assurance and ensuring compliance with project requirements
  • Supporting procurement and contract administration processes
  • Working closely with supervisors, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues throughout construction

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working on civil construction projects, ideally within subdivisions
  • Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, roads, services, and bulk civil works
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment
  • A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with project management systems, QA documentation, and construction software
