Für ein spannendes Industrieprojekt suchen wir Sie als Produktionsplaner / Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d).

What are you going to do

Erstellung und Abstimmung von Produktionsplänen für verschiedene Produktionsbereiche unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Terminen und Materialverfügbarkeit
Planung des Rohstoffbedarfs zur Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Versorgung der Produktion
Pflege und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System
Durchführung von Zeitstudien nach REFA-Methoden sowie Analyse und Auswertung der Ergebnisse
Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Planungs- und Dispositionsprozessen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf und weiteren Schnittstellenbereichen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Disposition
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
Kenntnisse im Bereich REFA-Zeitstudien wünschenswert
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
