Job Summary
Responsible for preparing the Engineering project master plan, operation plan, manpower plan, etc., and meeting the requirements of Engineering project management procedures.Responsible for recording, tracking, and controlling all plans including but not limited to drawing plan, 3D design plan, procurement cooperation plan, outsourcing work plan, and construction coordination plan.etc

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sending, receiving, dynamic tracking, and recording of Engineering documents, such as Engineering management documents, technical documents, process documents, procurement coordination tracking tables, vendor submission/completion documents, and backup and archiving of important documents, statistics documents upgrade, archiving, and publication of engineering documents
  • Responsible for reviewing and confirming the Sub-Contractor's plan, checking and supervising the implementation progress.
  • Responsible for Engineering project progress analysis and forecasting, as well as preparation of the project progress analysis report.
  • Responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, and other tables/reports for the Engineering project.
  • Assist the project manager in handling daily affairs, responsible for putting in order the Engineering and management documents, preparing all kinds of reporting materials, letters, and minutes of meetings, etc.
  • Responsible for dynamically tracking and recording design documents and assisting in tracking and recording technical documents. Responsible for tracking weekly planning and procurement coordination. Report tracking results to the Engineering Project Manager and Deputy Engineering Project Manager.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Project Manager and Deputy Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Professional Qualification: Management or Engineering-related major
  • Professional Knowledge and Skills: Program management, project management, familiar with local laws, andregulations as well as international industry standards, etc.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Good organization, cooperation, communication, and judgment skills;
  • Ability to accurately complete program management and statistics work as required;
  • Ability to accurately complete archiving management of document files according to regulations;
  • Ability to perform statistical work;
  • Ability to prepare and organize project meetings;
  • Proficient in the use of office software, such as Oracle Primavera P6、Microsoft Office、Adobe Acrobat, etc.;
  • Master application of modern office equipment, such as computers, printers, fax, andother office supplies.
