Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Inspect topside painting and coating activities.
  • Verify surface preparation before coating application.
  • Perform DFT, adhesion, holiday and environmental testing.
  • Witness coating application according to project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with client coating requirements.
  • Coordinate with construction, QA/QC and client inspectors.
  • Prepare inspection reports and NCR documentation.
  • Monitor rectification works.
  • Maintain HSSE compliance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or technical qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of topside coating inspection experience.
  • Experience on FPSO topside modules preferred.
  • NACE Level II/III or FROSIO certification is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of offshore coating systems.
  • Able to prepare QA/QC inspection reports.
  • Good communication skills.
