Introduction
What are you going to do
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct NDT inspections (such as UT, MT, PT, RT, VT) on FPSO equipment and structures in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Interpret and evaluate test results and report findings accurately.
- Ensure all NDT activities adhere to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Maintain calibration and proper use of inspection equipment.
- Liaise with engineering and quality control teams for inspection scheduling and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records and documentation.
Essential skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Certification as an NDT Level 2 Inspector (ASNT, PCN, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in NDT on offshore or FPSO projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant NDT methods and codes (e.g., API, AWS, ISO).
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in offshore and onshore environments, willing to comply with safety standards.
